Medication Therapy Management, or MTM, is a private meeting with your pharmacist to review all your medications. We check for drug interactions, simplify your routine, and make sure your treatments are helping you reach your health goals.
A CDE is a health professional with special training in diabetes care. At Cleburne Drug, our on-staff educator provides one-on-one coaching to help you manage blood sugar, understand your diet, and use your testing supplies correctly.
Yes. If our pharmacists find a potential drug interaction or a way to improve your therapy during a counseling session, we will reach out to your doctor directly to discuss the best plan for your care.
We accept almost all insurance plans, though we do not accept Tricare. Many MTM services are covered by Medicare Part D and other private plans. If you are uninsured, we offer a compassionate cash discount plan.
Most quick questions can be answered in just a few minutes during our standard 10 to 15 minute prescription fills. For a full MTM review, we recommend calling ahead so we can set aside dedicated time to go over your health history.
